Production Assistant

Job Description:
Assistant Brewer is a part of our production team responsible for assisting and independently completing tasks throughout the production process.

Salary and Benefits
Assistant Brewer is a full time job (40 hours per week with overtime).
Production week is primarily Monday – Thursday 4x ten hour days.

Retirement benefits (401k with company match up to 3% of salary).
Salary: $18.00 + depending on experience

Responsibilities:
Assisting Lead Brewer with mash in
Assisting Cellar Person/Packaging Lead
Dry Hopping
Filling and cleaning kegs
Inventory of ingredients
Receive purchase orders
Cleaning kegs, maintaining sanitation protocols across brewery
Other production tasks as assigned

Experience, Skills, and Character:

Candidate must be a team oriented person with attention to detail, good communication skills and a desire to learn how to brew.
