Our annual new year’s release is here!
2023 continues a tradition started back in 2016 of releasing a dry-hopped mixed culture saison in honor of the new year. Grains used in 2023 are Valley Malt Endeavor barley, and Thrall Family Malt flaked Emmer and Triticale.
The hop combination is one of our favorite yet; aged-whole cone Simcoe® and Citra® for an overripe-tropical fruit and soft citric bitterness with fresh summer meadow like notes from Lorién, a brand new hop developed by Indie Hops. This year’s batch was brewed in February and bottled in May.
