This year’s celebration farmhouse ale is brewed with aged Connecticut whole-leaf Cascade from Smokedown Farm in Sharon, CT and dry hopped with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin™. We love the way our mixed culture creates a soft underlying tartness to pair with the delicate whole leaf hops and punchy varieties like Nelson.
