As we approach Thanksgiving we like to take a moment to Pause and Reflect on how appreciative we are of our customers who make the trip into The Hollow on a regular basis and spend time in our tasting room, chatting with our staff, friends, or simply enjoying a petite pour or two in the country.

There is no beer more appropriate to have a new batch of this week than our Porter.

Along with Pause & Reflect, we have a new batch of West Coast IPA, Perfect Kerning which will be on tap and available in single cans or by the four pack to go.
