Hachiroku Rice Lager
Our very first rice lager is a collaboration with our friends from Hachiroku in New Haven to celebrate our favorite grains. We selected Endeavor barley from Valley Malt and Hachiroku selected a blend of Koshihikari and Hitomebore short grain Japanese rice; a constant in. their kitchens. The result is a nuanced lager with an aromatic bouquet and beautiful crisp finish.
You’ll be able to find this collaboration in Kent, Northford and all of the Hachiroku locations.
