Brett Pale Ale with locally grown malted barley, wheat and hops. Our first hoppy beer brewed with 100% locally, Connecticut grown ingredients. Bet you didn’t know things like that happened around here 😉

Batch 1, 2016. Conlon barley grown in Farmington by Rob Comer. Tahoma hops grown in Sharon by James Shepherd of Smokedown Farm and Chinook hops grown by Doug Weber and Nick Osborne at Pioneer Hops. Barley malted at Valley Malt by Andrea Stanley.
