In Medias Res

In Medias Res, the storyteller’s technique of beginning in the middle, is a culmination of knowledge and inspiration with our friends at Casa Agria. This farmhouse ale was brewed with 50% wheat and a touch of honey malt for a fuller body and a hint of sweetness. Fermented with native yeasts from our respective homes in hand selected and freshly emptied red wine barrels.
