Kölsch is a style we have been excited about making for quite a while. Kölsch yeast offers a new presentation of the flavors that we love from Endeavor barley, and classic German hops. Tasting notes of soft fruit esters, floral hop aromas, and a delicate honey malt note in easy crispy sip.
