Neversink Reserve

Neversink Reserves takes our apple baed gin to a new level. After distillation, the gin is matured in 60 gallon, neutral french oak, Apple Aperitif casks.  Lightly non-chill filtered and bottled at 90 Proof, the Neversink Reserve Gin leads with bright citrus and juniper; opens up with deep orange and clove; and finishes with pepper, anise, and a hint of sweetness from the finishing casks. This spirit is perfect for sipping neat or on the rocks and mixing in a cocktail.
