Neversink Gin – is made from a 100% NYS apple base spirit and a blend of 11 exotic botanicals: juniper, coriander, cardamom, star anise, cinnamon, orris root, angelica root, elderflower, orange peel (fresh), lemon peel (fresh), and grapefruit peel (fresh). The resulting spirit is a nuanced and delicate gin, with warm baking spice accenting the apple base. It’s an excellent gin for negronis, martinis, and aviations.

Neversink Reserve Gin – After distillation, the gin is matured in 60 gallon, neutral french oak, Apple Aperitif casks.  Lightly non-chill filtered and bottled at 90 Proof, the Neversink Reserve Gin leads with bright citrus and juniper; opens up with deep orange and clove; and finishes with pepper, anise, and a hint of sweetness from the finishing casks. This spirit is perfect for sipping neat or on the rocks and mixing in a cocktail. 

Neversink Bourbon – 100% NYS corn, wheat and barley (60/20/20). This bourbon is aged for a minimum of 3 years in a mix of 15 and 30 gallon new american oak casks and then finished in used apple brandy barrels. Peppery spice on the nose, light body and apples coming thru on the finish.
