
Oak Aged Patience Like A Buffalo
Brewed in January 2019 with our friends from Heirloom Rustic Ales (Tulsa OK). A lager brewed with Connecticut grown Emmer fermented in stainless steel and then transferred into oak barrels with a blend of our Brettanomyces cultures and matured for one year.
