Surroundings is a series of beers which aims to focus on our immediate environments impact on our beer. In this case the focal elements are peaches grown on our farm and wild yeasts from previous spontaneously fermented beers incorporated into secondary fermentation. Surroundings 2 was produced in a Danish Cherry Wine barrel, which incorporates its own unique character into the beer.
