Waggle [Single Barrel]

Waggle, is a blend of farmhouse ales brewed with honey and aged in various oak barrels. As the beer develops in each barrel we look for one particular barrel which best exemplifies wildflower aromatics, and other character reminiscent of the honey added at multiple stages of the beer’s fermentation process.
