Artwork for Partage de Pêche beer

Partage de Pêche

The name Partage comes from the French word meaning “to share”. This hyper local table beer is brewed with malted barley from our friends at Valley Malt, raw wheat from Wild Hive Grain Project, aged hops from our yard, and fermented withheld yeast and multiflora cultivated from our farm. This portion of the batch was matured in white wine barrels on fresh peaches from Maywood Gardens and re-fermented in the bottle with local honey to display a soft peach sweetness, delicate acidity and subtle hints of vanilla with a balanced dryness. This beer truly comes from our community and is meant to be shared in yours.

Batch 1. Bottled November 2017.
Batch 2. Bottled February 2020.
