Tasting Room Server
Our goal is for our small town, small business feel to translate to our customers, and a big part of that comes from our service team. We operate a small tasting room, set on a 50 acre farm with animals and a fully independent brewery. As part of our tasting room service team, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a positive and welcoming attitude toward our customers
- Learning about our beers, communicating story, profile and helping customers with their selection
- Pouring beer for customers
- Tracking beer inventories
- Opening and closing tasks
- Attending brewery wide staff meetings once a month.
Ideal candidate is vaccinated, has experience working in the service industry, and is excited about the opportunity to work in a brewery passionate about agriculture and community.
Our tasting room is open four days per week:
- Thursday and Friday 2-7pm
- Saturday and Sunday 1-6pm
Shifts during the week will vary, weekend shifts will be consistent. Additional hours/opportunity to assist in production and distribution (paid at its own rate) are available during the week as well.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $10.00 per hour plus tips
