Split Level

Our annual fresh hop pale ale Split Level is officially ready to share!
At opening Thursday both locations will have draft pours for on-site enjoyment and cans available to-go.

This year’s Split Level features 140 pounds of freshly picked whole cone Cascade hops from Four Star Farms in Northfield, MA, the same farm that supplied us with our rhizomes to start our own hop yard back in 2012.

Add a small dry hop of Vista for structure and stability and the result is a delightfully fresh pale ale popping with that morning dew, dank and floral hop character you can only get during harvest season!

This is only our second year making Split Level, but we are no strangers to fresh hop beers. For many years at our annual hop harvest festival in Kent we would brew a fresh hop saison.  To celebrate the fresh hop season we’re breaking out some vintage kegs of our Campalnd and Tiny House fresh hop saisons to pour alongside Split Level throughout the weekend.
