About the Artist:

Scott Calcavecchio is a self taught artist working with a wide range of mediums including acrylic paint, graphite, mixed media sculpture, and wood. Over the years Scott has developed a unique style and message, blending his passions for science and the natural world with his artistic expression. Scott occasionally takes on commissions but is often working for long periods on personal projects.

His home studio is located in Brookfield, CT where he grew up and has spent most of his life. His goal is to keep pursuing different avenues of education and learning while continuing to create in his studio and workshop.
