This week we will be releasing the following beers:

PEMDAS
IPA with Strata, Mosaic and Ella hops.

Napkins
Draft Only
7.2% IPA with El Dorado and Amarillo hops.

This is our second time releasing PEMDAS. A higher hopping rate than usual, this batch exudes big berry notes from the mix of Strata dry hop and Mosaic kettle additions. Draft of this batch is very limited, cans available at the tasting room and accounts listed below.

Napkins is a throwback to an earlier phase of our brewery, when there was no tasting room, no packaging of IPAs and you had to ask a bartender for a pour at a local bar or restaurant. This week we’re going back to a draft exclusive option to celebrate the accounts that we built our business with and those that we have added in the years and production increases since. Napkins has a wide array of tropical character that is sure to please.

Beginning Thursday at 2pm, PEMDAS will be in our tasting room to sample, for on site pours, and in four packs of cans to go.
