Warm weather is a sure sign that our brett and mixed fermentation beers are coming out in greater frequency. There is no better way to start it off than to release our inaugural Brett IPA Waymaker. our take on the wilder side of American IPA, brewed with classic hops, but fermented with Brettanomyces yeast. “Explore new horizons as Waymaker presents familiar notes of pine, citrus, and grapefruit, rearranged in surprising ways thanks to the wild yeast fermentation. Equally expressive whether fresh or cellar-aged, Waymaker is a refreshing, yet unconventional beer for any season.”

This batch of Waymaker features a different hop character with the use of aged Wakatu hops from New Zealand and Michigan grown Chinook.

Bottles and draft will be available at the tasting room when we open on Thursday, May 24th.
