Our latest Cellar Eyes, a series of oak-aged mixed-culture pale ales features one of the most elusive and interesting hops we have had the privilege to brew with; Riwaka.
The base beer, All Alone Riwaka was produced and barreled late in 2020, and allowed to develop over the following year before a fresh shot of Riwaka hops prior to bottling in November 2021. Now, after nearly another year of time to develop we are excited to share this tart, funky, and hoppy treat with you.
