STONE BARNS CENTER FOR FOOD & AGRICULTURE
AND BLUE HILL AT STONE BARNS

We will be joining our friends from Valley Malt, Newburgh Brewing, Industrial Arts and more to showcase the role of regional grains in improving flavor and fueling growth in craft brewing and distilling in New York and around the country.

Leading brewmasters and distillers will discuss their cutting-edge work using grain quality and flavor to develop some of today’s finest brews.

Tickets include unlimited tasting and a Blue Hill at Stone Barns reception of hors d’oeuvres and small plates, as well as opportunities to engage with brewers from across the country.

Proceeds support Stone Barns Center’s work to advance agroecological farming and a farm-driven food culture.
