Distribution Details for the week of August 2.

If you cannot make it to our farm this weekend we will be distributing our latest releases to select accounts across Connecticut. Here are the beers:

¯_(ツ)_/¯ 
¯_(ツ)_/¯ aka Shruggie is built on a hop profile of Simcoe and Amarillo; two favorites of ours in the brewery. Each batch has a rotating dry hop combination. This week we are continuing to put locally grown hops in the same conversation as Citra® and Mosaic®, two queens of our industry. Keep your eyes out for this one; each can supports 4 square feet of Connecticut grain farming.

Patio Chair
Patio Chair is a new twist on our Buckwheat Grisette; one of our earliest beers. A base of northeastern grown Endeavor barley malt is accented with raw Connecticut buckwheat for a rustic edge; Styrian Golding hops offer a lemony twist, and our house yeast provides a dry quenching tart note in a beautifully light 3.8% beer. This batch was bottled in April and is now ready to be enjoyed on your favorite chair. Hoppy when fresh, shifts to a brett and more rustic character as it ages.

All Alone With Everywhere To Go : Strata
A single hop pale ale featuring the incomparable Strata. A cloud like body and high rates of kettle and dry hop charges provide bursts of Strata’s complex fruit and citrus character for this sessional pale ale.

Delve
Delve is fermented with a unique amongst our IPAs because of its fermentation with a strain of Kveik; a yeast originating in northern Norway known for it’s accelerated fermentations which produces distinct orange blossom esters, and a slightly dryer finish. To accent these characteristics we mash a simple grist of Connecticut grown and malted grains, and implement a hop profile of citrus zest, rind and pine from Amarillo®, and Ella™. 

Danny Boy
German-inspired pilsner made with Northeastern grown Endeavor barley malt. Dry, snappy, and ripe with floral aromatics from a light dry hopping with Callista.

Along with these three beers we will be restocking our retail partners with freshly canned Superscriptᴵᴾᴬ .

Made a combination of our favorite Northeastern/Connecticut grown malts from Valley and Thrall Family Malt, and hand selected hops from farms in NY (35%) and Oregon (65%).
Refreshing grapefruit, hints of pineapple, strawberry and orange with a little piney anchor to it.
