This week we are continuing with the distribution a freshly canned batch of our single hop pale ale, All Alone with Everywhere to Go. This iteration features Sabro™; a new hop for us and one which is generating a justifiable buzz.
Sabro™ is unique among new varieties for the tropical, coconut, cream, and stone fruit flavors and aroma it expresses as well as it’s genetic heritage coming from Neomexicanus hops; which have grown wild in the mountains of New Mexico for thousands of years.
A portion of this batch has been transferred into oak barrels where it will rest with our house culture for a future release as a new blend of Cellar Eyes.
