This week we will be distributing the following beers:

Bird Post
As local as it gets. Northeastern grown Endeavor barley for a light refreshing base with Connecticut grown whole cone hops layered throughout the boil and packed into a punchy dry hop. Refreshingly bright citrus is what it’s all about. This will be our last batch until hop harvest 2021 is complete!

Cafe Multiverse
A new take on our Multiverse imperial stout. Same double mash, locally roasted grain base but conditioned on freshly roasted Guatemalan Huehuetenango beans provided by our good friends from Sacred Grounds Coffee in Sherman, CT. This roast won a blind taste taste amongst our staff for the way it’s mocha, toasted nut, and milk chocolate finish complements the round, deep chocolate character of Multiverse.

Helles Lager
Packaged for the first time last December our single decoction Helles Lager showcases the sweeter side of Northeastern grown Endeavor barley malt. A bright golden beer, naturally carbonated for a soft delicate bready finish.

Line Aversion
Made with Northeastern grown Endeavor barley malt (Valley Malt) and Connecticut grown wheat and oats from Thrall Family Malt in Windsor, CT, Line Aversion is hopped with a selection of or favorite low alpha hops to produce a breezy citrus, tea, and floral delight perfect for the start of spring.

The Hollow is a beer we have been working on for a very long time.
A pilsner inspired by our small area of Kent, reminiscent of hills, open pasture, and a hint of straw and hay in the air, The Hollow is a beautiful presentation of the light honey and clover character we get from Endeavor, our favorite Northeastern grown barley.

Along with these two beers we will be restocking our retail partners with freshly canned Superscriptᴵᴾᴬ .

Superscriptᴵᴾᴬ, is made a combination of our favorite Northeastern/Connecticut grown malts from Valley and Thrall Family Malt, and hops selected from farms in NY and Oregon.
Refreshing grapefruit, hints of pineapple, strawberry and orange with a little piney anchor to it.
