Here are the details for this week:

Glitter Rainbow
A Mosaic® and Galaxy™ showcase amidst Connecticut grown and malted grains. Piney, tropical hop goodness.
6% abv.

Besmoke
A helles lager made with custom smoke Connecticut grown Spelt. Our good friends at Hindsight BBQ in Waterbury, CT slow smoked spelt from Thrall Family Malt in Windsor CT for incorporation into the grist. Smoking the spelt on the opposite end of their pit, with max distance from the heat source creates a perfect smoke complement to a lightly sweet, bright golden lager.
5.5% abv

Delve
Fermentation with Kveik creates a drier, hyper refreshing profile with an orange blossom, citrus ester that we pair with bright citrus forward Amarillo® and Ella™ hops.
6% abv

The Hollow
A pilsner inspired by our small area of Kent, reminiscent of hills, open pasture, and a hint of straw and hay in the air, The Hollow is a beautiful presentation of the light honey and clover character we get from Endeavor, our favorite Northeastern grown barley.

Along with these two beers we will be restocking our retail partners with freshly canned Superscriptᴵᴾᴬ .

Made a combination of our favorite Northeastern/Connecticut grown malts from Valley and Thrall Family Malt, and hops selected from farms in NY and Oregon.
Refreshing grapefruit, hints of pineapple, strawberry and orange with a little piney anchor to it.
