Distribution Details for the week of March 1
This week we are distributing the following beers.
Slow Down is our first West Coast inspired IPA, brewed in collaboration with our friend and neighbor John from Watson Farmhouse Brewery in Southbury, CT. John has been brewing for quite some time and is no stranger to the style. We designed this beer to be a reflection of a classic West Coast IPA while bringing our Northeast focus on local ingredients. Valley Malt pilsner and Thrall Family Malt wheat malt, and just the right addition of specialty malts to bring the desired color into light. Fermented with a blend of flocculant ale strains, and hopped with Citra®, Simcoe® and New York grown Cascade for our final twist.
Buddy Sprinkles Saves The Day
Made with Connecticut grown and malted barley, wheat and oats from Thrall Family Malt in Windsor, CT, Buddy Sprinkles is hopped with Citra®, Mosaic®, and Vic Secret™ for a big citrus medley from top to bottom.
The Hollow is a beer we have been working on for a very long time.
A pilsner inspired by our small area of Kent, reminiscent of hills, open pasture, and a hint of straw and hay in the air, The Hollow is a beautiful presentation of the light honey and clover character we get from Endeavor, our favorite Northeastern grown barley.
Along with these two beers we will be restocking our retail partners with freshly canned Superscriptᴵᴾᴬ .
Superscriptᴵᴾᴬ, is made a combination of our favorite Northeastern/Connecticut grown malts from Valley and Thrall Family Malt, and hops selected from farms in NY and Oregon.
Refreshing grapefruit, hints of pineapple, strawberry and orange with a little piney anchor to it.
