¯_(ツ)_/¯ is made entirely with locally grown, malted and flaked grains from Thrall Family Malt. Kettle hop additions of Simcoe® and Amarillo® and dry hopped with Motueaka™.

Alongside ¯_(ツ)_/¯ we have a freshly canned batch of our newest IPA Superscriptᴵᴾᴬ .

Superscriptᴵᴾᴬ, our newest IPA, and one we have quickly fallen in love with making. All of our ingredients are direct from the farm; our favorite malts from Thrall Family Malt and Valley Malt, and hops from independent farms in NY, OR, and MI to produce this bright, punchy grapefruit and pineapple character with a crispy easygoing feel.

Last but not least, All Alone With Everywhere to Go : Citra®.
A single hop pale ale brewed with Connecticut grown, malted and flaked grains. Hopped exclusively with Citra hops.
