This week we are distributing two freshly canned IPAs to our retail partners in Connecticut.

Delve is made entirely with locally grown, malted and flaked grains from Thrall Family Malt, water from our farm’s well, and fermented with Kveik (Norwegian farmhouse yeast) before being dry hopped with Amarillo and Ella.

Alongside Delve we are sending out a freshly canned batch of our newest IPA Superscriptᴵᴾᴬ .

Superscriptᴵᴾᴬ, our newest IPA, and one we have quickly fallen in love with making. All of our ingredients are direct from the farm; our favorite malts from Thrall Family Malt and Valley Malt, and hops from independent farms in NY, OR, and MI to produce this bright, punchy grapefruit and pineapple character with a crispy easygoing feel.
