This week we are canning Glitter Rainbow and a fresh batch of Superscriptᴵᴾᴬ.

Glitter Rainbow is made entirely with locally grown, malted and flaked grains from Thrall Family Malt and hopped with Mosaic® throughout the boil and whirlpool, and Galaxy® after fermentation

Alongside Glitter Rainbow we have a freshly canned batch of our farm’s steadfast Superscriptᴵᴾᴬ .

Superscriptᴵᴾᴬ, our newest IPA, and one we have quickly fallen in love with making. All of our ingredients are direct from the farm; our favorite malts from Thrall Family Malt and Valley Malt, and hops from independent farms in NY, OR, and MI to produce this bright, punchy grapefruit and pineapple character with a crispy easygoing feel.
