FRESHLY PACKAGED FOR DISTRIBUTION THIS WEEK
There are four beers being packaged and distributed this week.
The Hollow, named for the beautiful area of Kent where our farm is located; our house lager is brewed with 100% locally grown and malted Endeavor barley, and European hops to create our pasture perfect lager.
Delve is made entirely with locally grown, malted and flaked grains from Thrall Family Malt, fermented with Kveik yeast, and hopped with Ella®, Amarillo, and Mosaic®.
Alongside Delve we have our tried and true Superscriptᴵᴾᴬ .
Superscriptᴵᴾᴬ, our newest IPA, and one we have quickly fallen in love with making. All of our ingredients are direct from the farm; our favorite malts from Thrall Family Malt and Valley Malt, and hops from independent farms in NY, OR, and MI to produce this bright, punchy grapefruit and pineapple character with a crispy easygoing feel.
This summer’s release of Modern Posture, our wheat beer brewed with white pepper and orange peel that is fermented with Kveik strain will be available for barnside pickup and limited distribution.
