If you cannot make it to our farm this weekend we will be distributing our latest releases to select accounts across Connecticut. Please keep in mind that if you are planning to come to the brewery this weekend we will be closed on Sunday for our annual hop harvest festival. Info for tickets can be found here.

Here are the beers:

Sweatpants
For the first time in well over a year we have a fresh batch of our very first pale ale, Sweatpants! Brewed with Northeastern grown Endeavor barley, hopped with New York grown Chinook and Centennial with a small addition of Simcoe for a classic Northwest punch; Sweatpants is a lightly floral, fruity, and piney pale that you can always feel good getting into.
Super Sparkle
One of our steady rotating IPAs, made with Connecticut grown Synergy barley, wheat and oats from Thrall Family Malt and hopped with Simcoe and Mosaic for piney berry bursts of flavor.
Haircuts for Everybody
Inspired by old school hop character, Haricuts for Everybody is made with Northeastern grown Endeavor barley, Connecticut two row and flaked grains. A base hop of Columbus and Apollo plus Connecticut grown Challenger give dank, piney and citrusy tones we want to keep playing.
The Hollow
Our farm’s go to pilsner. A beautiful showcase of everything Northeastern grown Endeavor barley has to offer. Honey, hint of clover, and buscuit that brings you back to The Hollow with each sip.

Patio Chair
Patio Chair is a new twist on our Buckwheat Grisette; one of our earliest beers. A base of northeastern grown Endeavor barley malt is accented with raw Connecticut buckwheat for a rustic edge; Styrian Golding hops offer a lemony twist, and our house yeast provides a dry quenching tart note in a beautifully light 3.8% beer. This batch was bottled in April and is now ready to be enjoyed on your favorite chair. Hoppy when fresh, shifts to a brett and more rustic character as it ages.

Danny Boy
German-inspired pilsner made with Northeastern grown Endeavor barley malt. Dry, snappy, and ripe with floral aromatics from a light dry hopping with Callista.

Along with these beers we will be restocking our retail partners with freshly canned Superscriptᴵᴾᴬ .

Made a combination of our favorite Northeastern/Connecticut grown malts from Valley and Thrall Family Malt, and hand selected hops from farms in NY (35%) and Oregon (65%).
Refreshing grapefruit, hints of pineapple, strawberry and orange with a little piney anchor to it.
