This week we have a new batch of ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ready for the tasting room and out for delivery to accounts across Connecticut.
This batch of ¯\_(ツ)_/¯, a 6.2% IPA made with a base of Simcoe® and Amarillo® hops and a rotating dry hop in each batch features a brand new hop from our friends at Segal Hop Ranch (WA) and The Hop Guild (NY). Simply put, Zumo is one of the zestiest hops we have tried in a long time – and plays nicely with the fruit, citrus and light dank character of classics like Simcoe and Amarillo.
Tasting Room Hours
Thursday & Friday – 2-7pm
Saturday & Sunday 1-6pm.
