Every batch of ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ is a little bit different. The recipe begins with the same grain bill, and base of Simcoe® and Amarillo® hops, but has a new dry hop combination to create a unique profile without being something completely unrecognizable.

This batch is hopped with a new variety from Washington that is quickly becoming a brewery staff favorite. Zumo offers really bright lemon zest notes which we decided to pair with the gooseberry and wine like qualities of New Zealand Nelson Sauvin.

The combination pairs perfectly with fresh cut pasture, and sunny early summer days.
