2025 is a blend of our 2021 and 2022 releases aged in wine barrels with house cultures for 24 and 34 months.

Unlike our 2020-2024 releases this blend is not dry hopped before packaging, instead showcasing the subtle well developed aged whole cone Simcoe® and Citra® hop character of each beer.
