Two very distinct beers featuring hops from Smokedown Mountain Hops in Sharon, CT
We have two beers highlighting our favorite local varieties of hops from Smokedown Mountain Farm.
Bird Post incorporates whole leaf Cascade and Chinook hops to develop layers of floral, red berry, and citrus notes in a light bodied refreshing pale ale.
A lesser known variety, Santiam brings light spice and lemon notes to Public, an English golden mild ale.
Kick off your Memorial Day Weekend with some petite pours of these two easy drinking beers on the farm.
Bird Post and Public will be available at the tasting room all weekend.
