A blend of barrel aged mixed-culture beer 

Fingerprint is the moniker given to our very first house culture of foraged yeast from our farm; a spontaneous fermentation from hops, flowers, fruit, bark, and other forgeables from our farm.

This blend incorporates mature and younger beers aged in wine barrels with our Fingerprint culture resulting in a balanced tartness, and expression of wild yeast.

Thursday & Friday – 2-7pm
Saturday & Sunday 1-6pm.
