Helles Lager
Our Helles Lager is a result of the hard work and dedication that starts with independent grain farmers throughout the Northeast. A few weeks back we had the privilege of attending Valley Malt’s field day for a pre-harvest visit to farmers like Jeff at Poormon Farms in Seneca Falls, NY who grow the Endeavor barley that we use in all of our lager beers.
This batch of Helles is our first hopped with Montana grown Mittlefruh hops. We have used a few different hops from Montana in recent beers (Glitter Rainbow) and are impressed with the breadth of the quality coming from the Treasure State. Having local suppliers like Valley Malt and The Hop Guild (NY) continues to bear fruit inside the can.
Helles Lager will be available at the tasting room all weekend.
Thursday & Friday – 2-7pm
Saturday & Sunday 1-6pm.
