Introducing YIMBY
Inspired by last year’s batch of Split Level, a fresh hop pale ale packed with NY grown Cascade hops right from the field, we are thrilled to introduce YIMBY; a brand new West Coast Style Pale Ale.
Split Level was one of our favorite beers of the year, and we knew as soon as we tasted it that we wanted to create something that offers a similarly easy and fresh West Coast vibe outside of harvest season.
YIMBY combines hand selected hops from NY and Washington to deliver that bright citrus, piney bitterness that perfectly complements our favorite Northeastern grown malts.
MAYBE BOTH
Along with Yimby we have the year’s first batch of Maybe Both. Re-introduced last year after a 6 year hiatus, Maybe Both is a Cold IPA that embodies the best of what we love about our hop forward beers and lagers. Cold conditioned like a lager, hopped like an IPA – Maybe Both has plenty of lime like hop notes in each refreshing sip.
