This week we will are extremely excited to have a brand new beer as well as one of our mainstays going out to market.

Pastori is inspired by our love for noble hops and their unique characteristics derived from different growing climates. We set out to make a hop forward lager which embraces some of the fruit forward nuance of Southern Hemisphere hops and we are extremely happy with the results. Subtle apricot and stone fruit notes interact with appropriate bitterness and crispy lager nature.

Beginning Thursday at 2 pm, Pastori and Haircuts for Everybody will be available in the tasting room for both on site pours and in four packs of 16 oz cans to go.
