Shucks
A collaboration with To The Gills in Oakville, CT, Shucks is an oyster shell pilsner made with Northeastern grown barley and Connecticut raised Blue Point oyster shells for a refreshing wave of minerality in a refreshing, crispy pils.
In early April, Zac brought this year’s oyster shells to the brewery (with some unshucked oysters prepped for lunch) and we set to recreate last year’s inaugural batch. After nearly two months of cold conditioning Shucks is finally ready for your enjoyment.
Shucks will be available in four packs, single cans, and petite pours at our tasting room all weekend long.
