Shucks is back!
Our oyster shell Pilsner made in collaboration with @to.the.gills is back for its third season.
Connecticut blue point oyster shells are added to the kettle to coax a wave of refreshing mineralogy in every sip.
Shucks will be available at the tasting room when we open Thursday at 2pm, across CT at select wholesale accounts (details posted Monday) and at our official launch party this Sunday at The Local 63 in Watertown.
You’ll get to enjoy East and West Coast oysters sourced by To The Gils paired with East and West coast beers paired by Local 63 and our team at Kent Falls.
