Our 2nd annual collaboration, Pink Boots & Sweatpants is here!
This week Pink Boots was packaged along with a brand new batch of ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and one last batch of Shucks for the summer!
The Pink Boots Society is an organization that promotes, advocates for, and helps place women and non binary individuals in the brewing industry. Each year a special blend of hops is put together by major hop growers who donate a portion of each purchase to the Pink Boots Society.
This batch of ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ features our very first use of Alora hop. So far we are big fans of Alora – it has very high oil content which contributes a lot of aroma. What is most interesting is one of the main oils found in Alora is not usually found on hops, more commonly associated with tropical citrus like Yuzu.
Last but certainly not least, we have a new batch of Shucks – our oyster shell pilsner brewed in collaboration with our friends at To The Gills Seafood in Oakville, CT.

Surrounding our three new releases are beautiful pieces of pottery made by Sam Barringer. Sam has been working at the Cornwall Bridge Pottery Studio this year and was a major help around the brewery while working with us up until May.
