Coffeemaker
It has been seven years since the last time we released a blend of Coffeemaker, and we could not be more excited to share it on our 10th anniversary weekend!
Coffeemaker is a beer like no others. A Coffee Brett IPA, fermented entirely with brettanomyces yeast, hopped with NY Cascade, blended with natural process Brazilian Santa Clara coffee from Sacred Grounds in Sherman CT, and bottle conditioned for 18 months.
Coffeemaker has a funky aroma with a hint of overripe pineapple and bends your mind’s expectations by drinking very clean, with light fruit and smooth light roast coffee character that evokes a nutty, citrus forward coffee.
In 2025 it is difficult to say we have never seen another beer like this.
