Yesterday Is Here
We have a brand new beer to release from deep within our cellar.
This week we are sharing draft pours and bottles of Yesterday Is Here, a beer that began over seven years ago, during our Annual Hop Harvest Festival at the brewery.

Joined by our friend Andrew from Yeast of Eden in California we brewed made up of Connecticut grown barley, emmer, and raw wheat. The wort was charged with plenty of German hops, aged whole leaf Spalter and a more recent crop of Grüngeist, a fruit forward Continental variety to set the stage for fermentation in barrels with a blend of our house cultures.
Brewed in 2018.
Bottled in 2020.

Yesterday is Here is a 4.8% cellar beer that has bright notes of tart apricot and lemon, with a traceable hop character that leans into floral meadows.

To celebrate the approach of the New Year and the wintery nights that accompany it, we are adding a very limited vintage bottle section to our menu in Northford.
One bottle at a time, we will be making the last cases of some of our favorite beers available to share with friends or strangers. Once the last bottle has been purchased, the beer will be gone forever.
Our first bottle is Fingerprint, blend 1.
Our first barrel aged beer made with a yeast captured from fruit, flowers, hops, and a bee from our farm.
