A Fresh Batch of New IPA is Here

This week we are canning a new iteration of New IPA with a hop and combination that we are extremely excited about debuting.

All year we have heard about a new hop called Doclita, bred out west by the Hop Breeding Company – and known for intense complexity led by a peaches and cream character not seen in many other hops. We’re pairing Dolicta here with Anchovy, another hot variety commonly thought of as having hard watermelon candy flavor and a gentle background of well-known Mosaic and Galaxy hops to anchor these big, bold, new flavors.

New IPA will be on tap in both Kent and Northford when our doors open for the week.
