New This Week : Pause & Reflect Porter + Bird Post Pale Ale

We are leaning into the shorter days and colder weather with our first batch of Pause & Reflect for the upcoming holiday season. Pause & Reflect is our longest running and most consistently produced dark offering, showcasing rich notes of bakers chocolate and cocoa, at an enjoyably reasonable abv of 5%. We’re proud to brew Pause with Connecticut grown barley, emmer, and tritacle and special additions of roasted NY barley.

Along with Pause & Reflect we have our first batch of Bird Post since April. Made with whole cone Cascade and Chinook from Smokedown Farm in Sharon; Connecticut’s largest hop farm. Bird Post offers pleasing red berry, floral and light citrus notes in a refreshingly soft pale ale.

You can find both beers on tap and available in cans at our Tasting Room in Kent and Taproom in Northford.
