Patio Chair season is on!
We have a new batch of Patio Chair, our buckwheat grisette available at the farm for tasters and in 750ml bottles to take home. Patio Chair is a beer we have been making since the earliest days of the brewery when it was known simply as Buckwheat Grisette”. The recipe has evolved along with our house yeast culture, and remains a favorite of our staff. A simple mash of Endeavor barley pilsner from Valley Malt and raw buckwheat with lemony whole cone Styrian Celia hops fermented and conditioned in stainless steel with our mixed culture over the course of several months.
