Ruby Cones is a “new” farmhouse ale made in 2018 with Connecticut grown rye grown by Thrall Family Malt and foraged sumac from our farm. Fermented in stainless with our house yeast and matured in wine barrels for nearly two years before being bottled in summer of 2020. The two kegs we have of Ruby Cones will be poured at the farm this weekend until they run out.
