
Second Nature Cherry
As we approach our 10th anniversary our focus on winter bottle releases continues.
This week we are sharing our sixth blend of Second Nature Cherry. A blend of barrel aged farmhouse ales and spontaneously fermented beers conditioned on Montmorency cherries from the Hudson Valley. This year’s blend has a bright tartness and low acidity, providing easy cherry pie notes, with a delicate cherry pit cinnamon spice finish.
