This week we are releasing sparkling fresh batches of Super Sparkle and Subtext. Both beers will be available in our tasting room when we are open Thursday and Friday 2-7 and Saturday 12-5 as well as through our self-distribution network.
Super Sparkle is one of the original IPAs we produced and has become a core component of our rotation. The Simcoe and Mosaic hops yield strong tangerine, blueberry and citrus character that we keep coming back to.
Subtext is a pilsner brewed with northeastern grown and malted barley. Clean, crisp, and a communal.
